Warning- Loading Instructions

All containers must be loaded to water level.

All material that is loaded above water level must be removed by customer before removal.

Customer agrees to the service performed above. Customer holds CWPM, LLC harmless for any damages done by CWPM,LLC trucks, driver, or container, and further agrees to be responsible for any damage or injuries while container is under customer’s care, custody and control. Customer is responsible as to the placing, loading, unloading and removal of container. Customer holds CWPM, LLC harmless for any damages including curbs, pavement driveways, sidewalks, etc.

*Customer is responsible for any damage to container. This container from the above facility is loaded with either non-infectious waste or the waste has been rendered non-infectious by that facility.
